     Founded as the Newark Machine Tool Works by Henry B. Binsse in 1886 as a successor to George A Ohl & Co. to make engine lathes. By ca 1889 they were making horzontal drilling & boring machines. In 1901 the firm reorganized as the Binsse Machine Co.
