Comments:
Purchased for $10 at the Ann Arbor Kiwanis sale. Rusty. Missing guard/splitter, rip fence, miter gauge, and depth pointer. Table insert a bit chewed up. Removed front and rear guide rails since without a fence they don't serve any purpose. Fabricated a new zero-clearance table insert and fit it with 5-1/2" trim-saw blade in order to use the saw for delicate model-making work. Miter slots are the old standard for small saws, namely 3/4" x 1/4", which meant that a pre-war Walker-Turner "Driver" gauge works fine, as shown.
