Picked this one up sight unseen for £50 ($67) as you can see from the first picture is was not in the best condition although it was complete and did run. I like this machine because it has a tilting table and the round table (unfortunately, more drill dings than an dartboard) allows multiple set ups. The Kerry has a full 5” of quill travel and is solid construction which handles light milling jobs with ease.
I completely stripped and cleaned the machine back to bare metal and replaced all bearings, belt and electrics etc. and it now runs perfectly and is used almost every day
Added an XY table and turntable vice and all work very well together.
It came with the original Hoover 50Hz motor and I guess my next task with this is to install an intermediate pulley so I can gain a greater speed range

Rebuilt, paintwork could have been better but wanted a daily user rather than an exhibit
