Source=Owner's submission. Owner's comments: I bought this DP through CraigsList for $100. It is missing the depth stop assembly and the casting is broken at the point where it supports that assembly (see photo index

The plastic "Atlas" logo on the front has only a portion of the first "A" and the "s" with the middle part missing. It also does not have a column cap. But it does have a full pulley cover!
I plan to restore it and use the same paint that I used when I restored a Wilton woodworking vise - Duplicolor Engine Paint with the color Pontiac Blue!
p.s. the pulley cover reminds be of the creature's head in the movie "Alien" :) |
